I am following this thread with some interest. I do not think they are buying back their shares. I do not think it is strategically beneficail. IF the PPS grows, there are still about 115 MILLION shares that can be ussued to a prospective M/A venture.

The other point I wanted to make, is I hope they are going to absolutely look to maximize their investment. Therefore IF they could do a S+L financing deal (which I do not anticipate) then they had better do it. Dudley Dooright does not exist on Wall St.
