I agree with some what you say, but let's do a hypothetical.

Let us say that ptsc has a great quarter coming with a continuing type of additional income either by way of the licensing agreement from the J's or line of big corp. ready to license all at top-tier prices. With that knowledge Ptsc could buy more shares at dicounted price (we all believe eventually share price will go up). So PTSC buys shares at what maybe 25%-100% discount, isn't that money in the bank. But this is only based on good news that at this time we are not privy to. Isn't a smaller outstanding float also create value (I do realize ptsc will have to retire those shares?).

I think I conveyed my thoughts why this might be beneficial for the value of this company .......bwdik.

At the minimum, if there is nothing in making of an aquisition, this could be an easy way to increase PTSC value or am I wrong.
