This was from the last 13G filing (02/09/07):

"Aggregate Amount Beneficially Owned by Each Reporting Person

38,092,451" 

As it says, this amount of shares/warrants was owned by EACH reporting person = LV AND SPE at the end of 2006. Last numbers in 10/2007 indicated, that SPE held about 5mio and LV twentysomething mio, which btw leaves no doubt to me, that Swartz sold about 45mio shares since the beginning of 2007 (don't want to repeat my "Swartz-made-a-reducemyownership-deal-theory"...:-)).

Does anyone know, if Lincoln Ventures is still obligated to file a 13G? I remember, someone posted a link, that they are, but wasn't sure...
