If you're saying that Lincoln had 38M shares, and Swartz had ANOTHER 38M shares, than I think you are incorrect. I believe that they are treated as one entity for the purposes of the agreement with PTSC & the reporting of their shares. I get that from reading the Principal Shareholders section of the proxy filing found here:
