paul i agree but do u think possibly the bod needs to sign off on any agreement or is it "whatever tpl says"? i dont know the answer either...all we know is that TPL handles litigation. What we dont know is what the exact agreement between the parties is. i doubt we will ever know....more stealth i guess.

i had assumed after the settlement we would see a brisk pace of signings....i guess i am impatient but if there are that many infringers that have already been put on notice.....ya think we would have a bit of activity after the court case......would'nt you? glta teremoto
