I`ll disagree to an extent with you - Again, extenuating circumstances out of our control probably tacked 2 months on to it.
There were some creative challenges with the site, as it was for my wife, and she has certain design ideas she wanted to get across - lot of volleying back and forth, agreeing on concepts, ways to project the image she wanted, etc...sending stuff snail mail (that could not be electronically transferred), waiting on photographers.
The guy we used was not local. We may have been prioritized downward, it wasn`t as big a job as others, and perhaps yes, he dragged his feet a bit. We did ive him leeway on top of that. He has a reputation for that, but then again his work is very high quality.
Again, PTSC historically hasn`t been that concerned with image (Blum era an exception). The past site wasn`t maintained well after the Blum departed, so in my eyes, this new website progress vs. old is a wash.
