I truly believe that ptsc management has never truly contemplated all these various scenarios being tossed around. Their focus is on licensing and infringement. They had a lead attorney who would almost not let them think otherwise. He was out for the kill and as Gifforn expressed in a post to somebody yesterday, Ptsc really never thought the case before Fogel was in jeopardy. It is just a mindset they have and a confidence in the long term outcome. What they truly needaside from all the lawyers is to be advised by a business consulting outfit something along the lines of a Relational Advisors. Without this outside objective and professional input I feel ptsc cannot see the forest for the trees.

MY current hope is that AMD will shore up the current crisis and enter the fray so to speak.
