"why should this company..."

Well in my wacky world of investing my money, NO company gets the benefit of the doubt with my money. That is why I demand transparancy, and that is why I believe the PPS did the nose dive after the Tejas settlement. Hopefully that will change soon. Or at least the PPS action anyway.
