1. What is PTSC's policy for communicating with shareholders?
The monthly letter to shareholders is long overdue. Why?
Why no pr with the recent 10Q?
Are you aware of any share price manipulation, and if you are what do you attribute it to?
Shareholders would like to know that we have a voice. Can Brian Biajj take a more active role in being our shareholder representative by allowing him to post on Agoracom updates approved through the BOD? Also as our contact to deliver questions and concerns to the BOD and post what he can? Where does PTSC see itself in the next year, 2 years, 5 years? Is PTSC on target for accomplishing it's goals of M&A, Licensing, and getting off the OTCBB?
Question: If you are indeed under the "cone of silence" would it be possible to extend it to cover new licenses as the signing of obscure companies at a time when many are desperate for some actual guidance from management does nothing at this time but furter cripple the SP and add to the belief by many potential investors that this is going nowhere and is to be avoided. While it is currently fashionable among "true longs" to maintain a stiff upper lip and see everything that comes along as a positive there are many out there that have given up on this stock and events like today's and "rumors" of "possible" communications sometime next week furter damage are already shakey credibility. In short, in a situation where we are looking for a sign and you throw us instead a license to a company few have ever heard of and of course give no indication of terms or fees paid which then results in a significant SP decline then IMO many here would agree that silence is indeed golden.
May we have an update on the share buy back program? Is the company taking advantage of the low pps the marketplace is assigning to PTSC shares? Is management aware of any manipulation offshore i.e Germany that would contribute to the sp decline and or volatility? If so, what do they intend to do about it?
Two part question:
Considering the important milestone that the "business resolutions" to the Texas litigation represent, is the company currently working diligently on resolving any accounting questions regarding the reporting of these settlements and the other license deals from this quarter so that at the end of the quarter, the financials can be filed in a timely manner. Additionally, considering the market's strong negative reaction to the absence of any information regarding these settlements, and in an effort to demonstrate a proactive and genuine interest in protecting the PTSC shareholders interests, will you as CEO of PTSC, commit to having the PTSC 10q for the quarter ending February 28, filed within two weeks from the end of the quarter, rather than waiting till the very last days of the allowable filing timeframe as has been common place in recent years.
Has management devised a strategy (hedge) to protect shareholder value from potentially unfavorable judgements by the USPTO, Congress, and/or the courts that could limit the ability of TPL/PTSC to collect licensing revenue through the life of the portfolio?
(1) Why, is there no accountability in the books for PDS (Phoenix Digital Solutions) How does an investor know what's going on without transparency.
-
(2) Why is Holocom not booked as a separate entity, and is mixed in with PTSC's books? How would an investor know what's going on when the two corporations are mixed together?
will the CEO please ensure that all Board members are present at future SHMs and thus able to respond, if required, to shareholders' questions? What is the timeframe for an acquisition? Third or fourth quarter of the calendar year, or 2009? I believe Turley stated 12 months at the last SHM in October. |
1) Is there any way that PTSC, the corporate entity, can buy back stock before the next 10Q (i.e., NOW, or immediately after announcing such intent)?
2) If so, why isn't PTSC acting accordingly? (sense the potential return may be far greater than any other investment of captial fathomable, not to mention a myriad of strong side benefits).
With the dollar's extreme weakness over the past six months against all major foreign currencies has this become one of the major points in our negotiations with infringers to the patents? Are our negotiators (Matt L et al at TPL/PD) taking the weakened dollar into account and raising the bar of settlement based on the value of the dollar?
For consideration. In order of importance to me. 1) How are the re-exams moving along, does it look like we’ll win? You as Management should have some indication by now, what do the PTSC and TPL
EE’s plus your Patent attorney’s projections as to what the decisions and time frames will be? 2) What’s the appeal with the markman hearing decision concerning the 584 patent
projections, does it look like we’ll win and the estimated time frame, how long will that take?
3) The M & A endeavors, how are we moving along, has the list shortened to one or
two or are we in final talks with an already selected candidate? What are the synergies and projected numbers as related to the future bottom line. Also the projected time frame as to the completion date?
4) I realize that the J’s settlement results are under the confines of a NDA.
However, were expectations met? Was the litigation worth it? Armed with all the
information as to costs and time consumed would you consider other law suits
in the future? Again, I respect the confidentiality restraints as to what can be said
at this time but some indication would be helpful, is the company very happy,
happy, ok with it, or disappointed? |
Will the company ever consider a reverse split in order to reduce the sharecount and accelerate a move to a higher exchange?
Can PTSC provide an update of how many companies are actively pursuing lincenses now, how many have been put on notice and how many have responded? This information was provided to shareholders before.
