Here's one I posted a little while back that isn't on your list.

Considering the positive Markman results, and the settlemet of the litigation in Texas, are the "early mover" discounts truly a thing of the past as has been intimated in various comments from TPL and PTSC?  Have recent and will future licenses be subjected to higher license fees than those licenses prior to the settlements?  Can you generally qualify what "higher" fees represent, ie. does that mean 25% premium, 50% premium, etc.?
