You are exactly right. Why did millions immigrate to this country over the last two hundred years? Could it be because this is, and was, a country where the individual had the right, and the opportunity to better himself, or herself, through their own abilities and hard work. The patent reform act is nothing more than big business wanting to stifle, and own the little guy. Money trying to buy it's way to even more power. It would be a slap in the face to all those Americans who sacrificed so much for our freedom if laws like this implimented.
