This signing IMO is the hardest to calculate cost of infringement. Direct TV doesn't sell their Set Top Boxes, rather charges a monthly usage fee. They have 21M Set Top Boxes out there, so IMO the cost of infringement would be based on the revenue generated by these boxes only, not the satelite services provided by Direct TV. This IMO could be one of our smaller licenses, but I know nothing!
