While I agree that Pohl's resignation may be a "non-issue", the way it has been handled is peculiar and obviously causing a "red flag" for some.
Turley could have said - hang on for a bit so that we can: 1) Create a PR for the shareholders (before the 8-K is issues) 2) Announce your replacement or at least announce that we are searching for a replacement.
I think Pohl could have coasted for at least a few weeks so that an announcement could be put together before the 8-K was filed.
