I agree with your post that this isn't something to get worked up about, and I am more surprised that there hasn't been a PR thanking Pohl for his service, but....not sure I understand this statement...

This event has nothing to do with TPL and IMO TPL has NO say in how this event is communicated to the shareholders. I mean c'mon, do we have to now get permission to pay the light bill? LOL
