You're obviously right in that Swartz has been the greatest influence on curtailing the sp (I consider that a given)... but he will be gone relatively soon ( I hope along with you, and expect, that he has less than 10M currently) even with good numbers, there will IMO still be the unknown Reexams hanging over the sp... M/A aside... The Reexams, while I expect them to resolve satisfactorily for us, still will present an unknown, esp for those investors who are contemplating throwing a lot of money in here... I can guarntee you those investors'll know about them and will give them great consideration before deciding to proceed or not... and those investors who bought in on the J numbers will eventually learn all about the reexams
