request for change of Venue(TPL).... I (a non expert) from past post of the J3 recall that to save courts time this would in most cases be granted... J Ward has done much background work in this area (remember this is highly technical)...... My belief (as stated earlier is this move is defensive(J3^(2))...(or as others have stated to lower the settelement amount)... My belief is this move may backfire on the NEW 3(can we call them the J3^(2))...

I do not understand this sell off(but have not understood the price either)......
