It is a high stakes poker game....I would not expect less.....

14 months of talks with Acer....That is incredible....If they thought we were nuts the talks would have been cut off ASAP....... 

It appears IMO that we are playing on their side of the field.....They just threw the red flag out to try to halt our momentum......Again 14 months of negotiations/talk.......

IMO even with a favorable PTO ruling their will be co's that will claim non infringment and look to go to trial......
