bill - don't you remember back when we did the gateway jukbox - at the time I think emachine bought out gateway or merged, well since then i guess acer's got involved somehow, but emachine is/was tied in with Legend the biggest producer in the china/asain mrkts and now acer is ranked third under hp-dell so they probably will ow us hefty sums.

They waited n now they got no choice but fight or put out big bucks - probably both, lol.
