If the Supremes rule against LG... I would think it may be possible for TPL/PTSC to then beable to demand ongoing royalties based on down stream end product per unit manufacturing/implementation...

The semis certainly would not want to bare the brunt of vastly increased licensing costs.. the costs would get passed down to those end users anyway, one way or another...
