Brian,

1,161,000 of my votes are going for the following also....I had my mind made up long before this incomprehensible legal failure by B&O...especially the nay for the share increase.

Enough is enough for the repeaded share dilution. I`ll vote for the share dilution when the board decides to remove the $400 car allowances.
