Not getting nit picky... and the issue is a minor one ..but PTSC does not know what they are getting becuase the cost of the signing is not known..thier was a process time for our licenseing team.... Someone else on the board may be able to clear the manner... but last 1/4 did not include 1 signing @ the end of the 1/4....
