Yes that's kind of my thoughts but wanted confirmation.

Only other thing I could think of you didn't cover was a confounding factor to keep us guessing per the nda/installments vs ongoing royalty bearing agreements if one ever existed.

Surely, they'd want us/street to know this; but with 400 to go that's ongoing enough for me until m/a can toboot.
