---- The data will be revealed soon enough. However i think its fair to assume they will be strong when:

1. Some the J5 settled before the case with high license fee.... why would the remaining J's have paid less?

2. The increase number of licenses since the settlement. (We didnt see this many before the TX case or Markman)

3. Now we see other companies sueing PTSC/TPL... why? If TPL/PTSC was giving the store away...would not pay and not sue?? They are suing because of the risk/reward to fight for not paying the MMP is greater than just paying it...

The company is still following the same sp destructive pattern it has displayed for the past 18 months in announcing new signings

Theres nothing the company can do... if people are selling more than buying. Especially if S & L in the equation.... theres also been proof that S & L have substancially lowered their position...meaning alot of supply of shares...

LLunatics posted some pretty impressive numbers yesterday and we are sitting at .40 which makes absolutely no sense. If you were the CEO, would you sit idle?

__LL posted some numbers based on expectations... no one knows what the numbers will be. Investors are being cautious because they dont know for sure if PTSC/TPL will be collecting $$$$$$ or settled for peanuts. This quarter numbers will answer alot of questions..... is the MMP price going up??? Did the remaning J's pay more or less than the early J payers.

I cant stand pumping...but i also cant stand constant subtle bashing...
