Patriot Scientific said yesterday it has replaced Chief Executive Officer Jim Turley, who was appointed just eight months ago to head the Carlsbad technology holding and patent licensing company.

The company said Turley had also resigned from the company's board, which he joined a year ago. His resignation was effective Thursday.

Turley had replaced David Pohl as CEO. Pohl resigned from the board on Feb. 7, saying that he wanted to spend more time with his family. Pohl was succeed as chairman by Carlton Johnson, who did not respond to a call yesterday seeking further comment....
It seems pretty clearly stated Johnson succeeded Pohl.
It must be true, it was printed in the paper...lol
