Someone to stand in the middle of the umbrella and delegate to all the outer spokes. I wish Mr. Turley well in his endeavors, but I feel he should never have taken this job. I hope he left his notes so all the money will not be wasted. We could have used his expertise in a lower position. I believe we are going to be much happier with this choice of Mr Goerner. For the right man I would think this job would be a dream come true. This is all in my opinion.  GLTAL RJ
