That only works if the SP can be depressed after the RS and the ability to do that via Swartz and any other insider is limited since you've RS'ed their holdings as well........Either way, RS or not, TPL would have to either make a cash offer for an absolute takeover of PTSC's assets or have the outstanding increased in a joint merger of sorts......IMO.....
