I find your scenario very interesting.

I know there are vast number of very intelligent posters here on this forum with wide variety of expertise; So I would like to know how does the process works, if TPL / PTSC were to merge.

If there is truly a merger in the makings of TPL and PTSC why is it necessary for a reverse split? How could TPL buy a public company if shareholders are not happy at the buyout shareprice? How or could it be possible for TPL to finish the buyout if there is a shareholder protest/lawsuit if the shareholders are not happy with the buyout price?

I am thinking about buying more but have been really disappointed with the shareprice everytime I have bought lately. I believe in the value of MMP patents and believe that there is a significant amount of money to be announced in the next qtr.
