The fundamentals are not in place for PTSC. I am not for a reverse split. Please look at where MSTR was in Nov. of 2007 and where it was as last Friday Feb. 29 2008.

It was at $66.52, up from a reverse split price of $4.80. I'd be happy with that percentage gain.

Upon release of the 10Q by April 9, I believe that it will be shown that the fundamentals are in place.
