I don't know the exact fees involved in the j's suit, (high I would think), but I'm sure there are lawyers fees involved with each signing going forward. How they impact earnings depends on how difficult the negotiations were. In the final analysis, these fees should not really matter to the bottom line (barring lawsuits). Just the cost of doing business--unfortunately.
