I remember seeing SGE's post. But, heck he is only right about 50% of the time. LOL. I thought I'd see if anyone had any different ideas. Maybe the BOD doesn't ever want a merger with TPL so they basically are telling Goerner to forget about them?? It just seems strange they had to spell it out the way they did. Time will tell I guess.
