I suspect you got the violation for having basically posed this same question many times. If you had been paying attention, many possible explanations for Swartz possible selling have been provided. And we will probably never know the full answer.

Why do you keep posing a question when you must KNOW that nobody can answer this question with absolute certainty except Eric Swartz (and he ain't posting)?

To me, the answer to THAT is pretty obvious. And I strongly suspect that whoever reported that post came to the same conclusion.
