How are they allowing posts over and over again about speculating whether or not PTSC is buying back shares along with the"found a loophole "speculation"

We've been told over and over again they're resticted at least till the Q and our new CEO even told us he probably shouldn't have bought during the BLACKOUT and won''t being doing so again till afterwards.

So, come on folks, stop the unbridled speculating hype on buybacks when we've all been told over and over agian that it isn't in the cards...right now
