It has been mentioned numerous times about PTSC being bought out.....most of the time by folks who were not aware that the MMP portfolio would became the sole property of TPL. I do not think it has ever been seriously debated...the possible scenario of TPL merging with PTSC. Not likely I am afraid, unless TPL people were to at the very least fill the remaining board seats and the chairman seat. Even then??? But what if TPL would transfer their 50% to Alliacense and this entity alone merged with PTSC and TPL remained a separate Corporation. Keep in mind that I am severely impaired by the alcohol I consumed yesterday. Best to all!
