I don't understand why this thought keeps resurfacing - with absolutely zero evidence.  Why would this happen now?  How could they possibly afford us?  If they had any thoughts of "merging" with PTSC, TPL would have made their move as part of the reconciliation about 3 years ago.  Please stop bringing this up, at least until there is some shred of evidence to support the speculation!  Cripes!  Such talk is equivalent to suggesting that Microsoft (or some other behemoth) is going to buy out the whole sheebang.  Ain't gonna happen, IMO.  Why?  Because nobody would want to pay what we or TPL would want for this asset (full value).
