Steve,

Just read your post and have to agree with you, for the most part and would like to make a comment. I was really hung up for a few days trying to find out if PTSC could buy back shares. I had no success in getting that question positively answered. The share buyback would only be feasible with both the following conditions are met, a much higher income than some have estimated and if the SP has been undervalued. The SP has definitely been undervalued; that condition has been met and I’m from the camp that thinks the income has been sufficient to support the share buyback program without jeopardizing our ability to pull off a major merger or acquisition. You’re definitely correct in that we must get off this exchange. Not the first time for sure, but the debacle that took place last week was our latest evidence of that. I don’t know if it’s next week or the week of the seventh, but I think we are about to enter a new era for PTSC with Rick at the helm. I’d almost be certain of it if Rick had been on board longer. If he has been able to get our house in order in time for the quarterly I’ll really be impressed, he will have only been with PTSC for ~30 business days on April 9th. By house in order I mean a merger or acquisition deal prepared and ready to implement. GLTY

Accentuate the positive!
