i hope not but we need first good earnings the last two quarter shows nothing so the new license + settlements will give us a kick if 25cent come in than we can break the 2$$$ i think and hold.

from there all is posible if 10 cent come in than posible the settlement # are not so good the most of peoples think and sell at 1.50 or maybe sooner.

than the waiting begin again of a M/A or new big license and better earnings or better exchange like nasdaq or amex.
