Ahh yes spoken from the Euro holder..... Yes any of German PTSC friends have taken a hit from PTSC drop & the euro -dollar drop... My guess is the The USD will stop its fall ...once conditions in the US improve,,, But the main item is we will not see institutional investors until we have steady income......
