I am not sayiong I would not want an M or A... What I am saying is the MMP can supply more steady income than a Single M&A... Here is the math & logic to back this statement...
If we spend 50 million on a company that has a 20% (this is a best case IMHO)return that is 10 million a year... that is .025 cents a years this supports a (pe15) a price of .38 cents... with the 3 recent N cali cases & the J2 we get an average of a million a 1/4 from sales from each that is 5 million a 1/4... I come up with this figure from 60 million dollar settelemnt from the J2 & the cali 3... 2008to 2015 is 7 years of income... 1 million or two per 1/4 is 30 -60 million...
Once again agree we want & M&A but the MMP is the real gold mine,,, And yes we want growth... My thought is The MM&P is way under values!!!!
