Net Receivables 1,733 1,454 2,792 2,398

The above is the last 4 quarters Receivables for PTSC.

As you stated,

"Also, PTSC has indicated that it counts revenue (ie license fee) in its entirety on the day the license is signed, NOT when the check is received. Therefore, provided they have the signed licenses for all the deals thru 2/29/08, they should all show up in the 10q regardless of whether the money was actually collected by the end of the quarter."

I agree, they seem to be booking the agreed upon contractual license fee in the quarter it was signed. They did mention in the last Q that they were looking into how they were booking some of their fees, which in turn, makes me believe they are looking into how to book any agreed upon "ongoing' payments" from the signees we've seen this last quarter.

The $1,733 could very well represent the TEAC signing that occurred right before the end of the last quarter. IMO

When the Q is issued I will be interested in what the balance sheet shows for receivables once again. If the J's have an agreement to pay in installments their unpaid portion would show there.

Likewise, if they, or any other signeee, has a contractual obligation for future royalty payments that may or may not show there. I would assume that figure would be based on a signee's quarterly sales and/or production levels which ,once again may or may not coincide with our quarterly ending periods.

The receivable line in this Q could be quite telling and informative.
