Just to clarify on the licenses to be reported on this 10q. It should number 17. This would include TEAC, which for some reason was ommitted from the last 10q, even though, the deal was announced on 11/17/07, well before the quarter ended. It also includes all the deals announced since 12/1/07 thru 2/29/08. Per written confirmation from the company to an e-mailed question, the J3 settlements represent FOUR separate licenses, Toshiba, Matsushita, JVC, and NEC Electronics of America. Unless they again omit a deal that was announced before the end of the quarter, the licenses to be reported with this 10q will be 17.
Here is a breakdown of those licenses with projections of possible license fees associated based on overall historical average values, average values based on last quarter's signings, assumptions with premiums paid by the J's and subsequent licensees of 50% & 25%, and 100% and 50%. Gives us some basis on what might be expected in the soon to be released numbers. I would hope that the first column, which reflects the historical average, would be the worst case scenario.

TOTAL PDS REVENUES | $91.80 | $122.99 | $131.50 | $171.19 |
These represent the raw revenues of PDS, before expenses and legal fees. Based on the last quarter, those could be significant again considering the settlement took place in this quarter. I think we could see PDS expenses in the range between $5M & $15M, though hopefully they'll be on the low end of that range.
