You could very well be correct SGE...but you know the old story...

(a)IF YOU HAVE GOOD NEWS...GET IT OUT ASAP

and let the market use it to generate a PPS gain

(b)IF YOU HAVE BAD NEWS...WAIT TILL THE CLOSE

And let people cool off before the next trading day and think things through.

If they have the Q done, which ,IMO, HAS BEEN DONE and signed and ready to issue for awhile now...then no reason to not let it fly with the an issuance about 9:00 AM. Serves no purpose to delay it till after 4:00PM...they should have all their ducks in row by now and answers for any and all questions also....another 24 wait with all this anticipation would be a negative....JMHO
