IMO we need to keep in mind that the licensing fee discussed in this article is product based (Qualcom Patents used in Nokia WCDMA Products) not based on total revenue, so I am not sure that we can apply these suggested license fees (2.5% for essential patent, 3.5% 2 patents, 4% for 3 patents etc) to the total revenue of potential MMP infringers. Unless of course ALL of their products infringe, which in some cases may be true. JMO BTW, LL, like always, enjoy your posts!
