Adding to my prior post on this subject. Could TPL disguise a poor J2.5 settlement? IMHO no. If the people on this board can figure out what is considered a poor 10Q for PTSC, you can be assured that all the fence sitters will also figue it out. Hence, the logic of attempting to hide poor settlement numbers makes little sense to me. But if the settlement was obscene, there is no gurantee the NDA would hide it when PTSC's 10Q is published. TPL could have held back signings. Perhaps Matsushita and Toshiba were willing to pay for insurance. A guarantee that there would be sufficiently high enough quarterly signings to give them some cover. I think it would be easier to hide a large settlement than a puny one. All IMHO
