If TPL was attempting to pad PTSC's quarterly numbers to hide a poor settlement, I would think they are smart enough to know that it will be figured out easily enough. And in that case, we would have seen continued signings. Get them while you can, before they find out. That isn't happening. So, I'm thankful that the flurry of signings ended. Continued signings at that break neck pace ahead of the PTSC numbers would have spooked me. Opty
