We do have an earnings history and the past year it has greatly appreciated.

You are right we are an OTC stock and for all the reasons you mentioned we may not want to be on another exchange right now. I think until we are promoted more, and released from this veil of secretacy we should stay on the OTC, otherwise the short sellers would kill us.

For now we are right where we should be. It is a slow process, but we are overcoming all obsticles one at a time, one day it will pay-off handsomely!!
