You shouldn't have to get out at a loss. I really don't know if everything this company has done is legal, because I am not an attorney, but, I do feel we should find out. They do have a fidicuary relationship with us and at the very least they have not been acting in our best interest. It is very obvious that the share price has been depressed because of their actions. And their relationship with Swartz is questionable at the very least. They may need to be forced to act in our best interest, and that is also questionable. If our revenues are this paltry, then perhaps we should request an SEC investigation into their activities. At this point it may not hurt. Who knows maybe our S/P will go up.
