That may not be completely accurate. It appears that subsequent to the February reporting date they may have already liquidated a portion of the short term investements and added that to the $7 million + cash already on hand. There are still additional short term investments to liquidate but because they are anticipated be liquidated in less than 12 months they are categorized as short term. The bottom line is all these investments could be cash in less than a year and are anticipated to be such, perhaps in less than 90 days depending on circumstances.
