Im thinking the same....

Grant =  Royalties or even a Payment plan...

 J's to pay over time.... since the terms of the grant are confidental...... we may never know the total amount or length of time these payments wil be made.

It make the job of breaking the quarterly payments by company very difficult.

--- What was the point of blackout..(no insider trading...etc)..since investors or the public have no idea on the settlement amounts if done in payments.... only the insiders know...
