I wanted to chime in on the ARS issue. The problem with trying to pin that decision on anyone is simple, most investors or companies that invested in them were clearly under the impression the ARS was completely liquid. My soon to be Bro-Law, an investment banker, said a very large percentage of investors were mislead and truly didn't know all the details. I have 2 family members stuck in ARS's at the moment. Both of them are highly intelligent people who were misinformed by their prospective brokers. Let me say we aren't talking about brokers down at AG Edwards. Both of these guys deal directly with JP Morgan and UBS. I would almost guarantee you PTSC has found themselves in this situation by accident. Outside of the ARS issue I won't defend them on anything else. GLTY......and me.
