it seems to me that IF the intention of TPL was to harm PTSC enough to capture them in some way ... then that has totally backfired!!!  if i am a company being harassed by the alliance to pay up and i saw this Q i would not negotiate at all (to me they dont have the money or the focus to go after me in a court of law) ... so, for all those conspiracy theorists out there, by "throwing" the results TPL actually inadvertently decrease the worth of the MMP in my opinion.

the question is ... does the NDA do the same thing? 

am i wrong?  can someone set me strait?
